

Gentle Yoga
Judy completed 500 hours of yoga teacher training through Master Yoga Academy in La Jolla, California. The style of yoga she teaches is called Svaroopa (bliss). This is a profoundly healing approach to yoga especially suited for back pain, neck pain and/or knee pain. Svaroopa yoga is designed to quiet an actively busy mind. Svaroopa yoga is a slow, gentle yoga suited for all body types. Beginners are welcome.
